- Minutes of A.G.M. were discussed and approved for distribution.
- Financial report was presented which showed the extent of the problem arising from the actions of the previous treasurer. The Police are currently investigating the situation and hopefully the finance can be recovered.
It is the intention of the executive to repay all creditors when funds are available.
Schedule of repayments have been originated whilst also reflecting on the finance required to fund the immediate development of the Federation.
- Meeting organised with Pettycur Bay Hol. Park to discuss the monies owed to them.
Also discussing future event programme with Pettycur who realise the problem was caused by one individual and are keen to help the SEPF with their development.
- Meeting to be organised with leading company to discuss sponsorship for 2010.
- Budget for coming year was discussed which would allow for National Teams to enter the World Championships at Blackpool in June/July.
Agreed to organise 8 qualifiers for World Championship singles and World Masters which carry a combined total of £ 45,000 in prize monies and 60 hours on BSKYB.
Qualifiers planned for March in Aberdeen and in May for other areas of Scotland.
Several fundraising projects agreed which should give substantial income by end of 2010. Exhibition evenings with 3 x world champion Gareth Potts, to be investigated as a means to raising additional revenue. Sponsored.
- Secretary to originate database for all members. Membership cards to be issued.
- Region 1 and Region 2 to finalise their tours for year 2010. Third Region to be investigated for commencement in 2010.
- Jamie Gregory to be appointed as SEPF Tournament Director working alongside experienced organisers already operating in the current Two regions.
- Next Executive meeting to be held at Pettycur Bay on Sunday 7th March 2010.
