SEPF Executive Meeting - 7th March 2010

- Minutes of meeting on 19-Feb-10 discussed and approved for distribution.
- Discussions taking place with potential sponsors are looking positive.
- World Championship qualifier places have been allocated and Scotland has 8 places which is double the usual allocation and a boost for raising revenue.
Info to be circulated to membership when finalised. - The SEPF are working closely with the police collating information relating to monies concerning the SEPF previous financial situation.
- Grant/funding from Fife Council confirmed.
- East Neuk notified of their imminent payment regarding outstanding prize funds.
- 3 x European Championships 2009 fines progressed.
- Individual contact details for Regions 1 and 2 in process of being collated for database.
European Championship 2010 Report completed and included on SEPF website. - Calendar of events 90% complete. When finalised will be added to SEPF website.
- Regional Reports read out for info.
- Selection process issue regarding Kevin Corcoran discussed and Exec. Comm. agrees with SK's position on this matter.
- JG confirms selection process for U21s.
- Meetings have been held with our major sponsors and agreements have been made for 2010/2011.

Interleague Finals at Pettycur Bay 19/20/21 November 2010
Champion of Champions at Pettycur Bay March 2011 - Dates to be advised - LONG TERM EVENT PLANS
European Super Cup final expected end of 2010. Scotland is favourite for venue.
Home Internationals could be started again September. Likely to be played in Scotland.
