SEPF Executive Meeting - 18th April 2010
Present Scott Kennedy (Chair), Karin Burt (Sec.), Ian Moffat (Treas.), G.Harwood (EEPF), Jamie Gregory (Assist Sec.), Mike Clark (Assist Treas.)
- Minutes of meeting on 07-Mar-10 discussed and approved for distribution.
- Discussions taking place with potential sponsors are still looking positive.
- SEPF and police still collating info relating to monies concerning the SEPF previous financial situation and have carried out a number of interviews.
- SEPF Treasurer submits last 2 years bank statement, current cheque book, and talks the Executive Committee through the Income/Expenditure documentation.
- 3 x European Championships 2009 fines progressed - ongoing.
- Website cost to be investigated for future budgeting process.
- Regional Reports and Section Leaders Reports submitted to meeting for info.
- Confirmation that League Affiliations will, in future, be due annually in January.
- The Exec Comm agree that International players (excluding singles place only players) will be paying an International SEPF Affiliation fee (Ladies, Mens, U21s - £20, Juniors £5).
- Selection process needs reviewing to affectively incorporate an increase in the number of regions.
Remove selection process from body of Constitution and create procedure/by-laws. - Scottish Singles/SEPF Interleague budgets, promotion, and tournament set-up discussed in detail and at length.

Champion of Champions at Pettycur Bay March 2011 - Dates to be advised - LONG TERM EVENT PLANS
European Super Cup final expected end of 2010. Scotland is favourite for venue.
Home Internationals could be started again September. Likely to be played in Scotland.
