Region 1 Terms & Conditions
Endorsed by Mike Clark, Region 1 Chairman
  1. Players joining any Region 1 Tour Section agree to abide by the rules, terms and conditions set out as detailed below, and within the Code of Conduct guidelines set out in the SEPF Constitution.
  2. Any player who fails to abide by the above conditions may be removed from the tour immediately, and may be restricted from participating in any further Region 1 events that season. The SEPF Committee, or any Region 1 representative, reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a player whose behaviour is deemed to be disorderly, threatening, abusive, provocative or otherwise detrimental to the profile of the Federation, its member bodies, or affiliates.
  3. Any player's supporter, or any spectator who fails to abide by the above conditions may also be liable for suspension or expulsion following misconduct as detailed in point 2 above.
  4. Any player, player's supporter, or any spectator who is restricted from attending any Region 1 events will also be reported to the disciplinary committee where it may be determined that the individual in breach of the rules be banned from any future SEPF events. The disciplinary committee also reserves the right to recommend permanent expulsion of any individual from competitive league pool within the Federation's member body.
  5. Any Region 1 Representative reserves the right to refuse entry of any individual to any Region 1 event where that individual's presence may be detrimental to the profile of the Federation, its member bodies, or affiliates.
  6. Any player, player's supporter, or any spectator who fails to abide by the above conditions may also be restricted from attending any future SEPF event in any capacity. This individual may be removed from a venue and further action may be taken through the disciplinary committee or by legal proceedings as deemed necessary.
  7. Any individual disciplined in accordance with the above terms and conditions have a right to appeal following the guidelines set out in the SEPF constitution.
