Congratulations to Kieran Wood (Lossiemouth) on winning this years region 4 junior tour.
The standard of pool on the day was top draw from all the players and it was very hard to pick a winner after the group stages.
Josh Anderson (Elgin) produced some outstanding potting in his semi final clash against Jack Andrew (Lhanbryde) to reach his second final of the season. The other semi final saw a very determined Kieran Wood come out on top in a nail biting match against the talented young Aberdeen player Findlay Anderson.
The final was a lot tougher than the score line suggests, chances were few and far between with both players showing great tactical awareness around the table, however, it was Kieran who held his nerve well to seal his first tour win of the season.
Great to see the standard of pool improving with each tour and so competitive with five different tour event winners from the five competitions played. Roll on next season.
