Scottish Singles / Highland Classic
Due to unforeseen circumstances the Scottish Singles has been rescheduled.
ORIGINAL DATE: 17th & 18th September 2011, Styx.
NEW DATE: 8th & 9th October 2011, Styx.
The Highland Classic originally scheduled to take place on 8th & 9th October has been cancelled.
The National Mens Trial will be rescheduled at a later date, ideally to coincide with an existing event such as the Interleague.
For those interested, the reasons behind the rescheduling and cancellations are;
1) The Scottish Singles clashed with an Old Firm game and licencing restrictions prevent U18s entering Styx on the day of the match.
2) The calendar is congested and discussions were already taking place regarding cancelling or postponing an event.
The organisers of the Scottish Singles will be publishing tournament details next weekend.
